📱 ICE Poker Flex Launch and Partnerships

ICE Poker Flex and Tournament Mode will be launching on Monday, September 12.

We’re launching with 6 strategic partners who’ll receive custom themed Tournament wearables airdropped to their communities.

On Monday, we’ll post an official blog post detailing the launch, partnerships, and additional rewards for early Flex Tournament Mode players.

👕 Tournament Wearables Now Available

Decentral Games Marketplace — Tournament Wearables

Tournament wearables are now available on the (newly redesigned) DG Marketplace!

Each Tournament wearable:

Costs 1000 ICE
Comes with 9 Shine
Grants access to Tournament Mode on ICE Poker Flex and Metaverse

Note: Tournament wearables lose their Shine if they’re transferred or sold.

🕺 ICE Emotes

Wish you had a custom emote to show off whenever you win in ICE Poker?

Now you can.

Starting next week, Decentraland will add emotes to their marketplace where you’ll be able to buy custom emotes for 15 or 30 MANA (depending on the rarity).

Decentral Games will release custom ICE emotes on the Decentraland Marketplace and all sales will go to the DG Treasury.

Over the last few months, the Decentral Games design team has been creating custom emotes which add another fun, collectible, and tradeable asset to the ICE Poker ecosystem.

We felt that it would be valuable to first release these on Decentraland’s marketplace to gauge the demand and excitement. Based on the community’s response, our product and engineering team can then prioritize adding utility for them in ICE Poker Metaverse and Flex.

Here’s how ICE emotes would be implemented:

Add ICE emotes to the DG Marketplace so you can buy them with ICE
Add ICE emotes to the Tournament Prize Marketplace
Add ICE emotes to Delegation V2 Banked ICE Marketplace
Set ICE emotes as a custom win animation

Whenever you win, you’ll be able to show off your favorite emote in ICE Poker Metaverse or Flex for all the other players at the table to see.

💎 ICE Poker Loyalty Rewards Program

Introducing our new ICE Poker Poker Loyalty Rewards Program powered by Glow Labs. You can now engage with our tweets to earn ICE:

About the Program

Through the end of the month, we’re piloting this program to reward our community. With our upcoming Tournament Mode launch on Monday, this is a way for you to earn ICE to buy Shine and enter more tournaments.

Up to 300,000 ICE will be available for rewards until the end of September.

Note: The Decentral Games team will buy ICE with USDC to fund this — there will be no increase in ICE emissions.

We're patching the remaining bugs for the Metaverse gameplay to prepare for a community alpha test.

Our full launch is on Monday. We’ll be monitoring for any bugs or issues.

We’re continuing development for the Banked ICE Redemption Marketplace.

Treasury

The DG Treasury now holds $20.98M.

Revenue

Decentral Games generated $40,351.56 in revenue last week.

ICE Buy and Burn

Last Monday, we bought and burned 1.14M ICE from:

Polygon validator node rewards — 3,300 MATIC
Secondary sale royalties — 2.76 WETH

These weekly ICE burns are part of our ongoing efforts to stabilize the ICE ecosystem following passed governance proposals.

MANA Staking Rewards

MANA rewards for staking ICE are currently yielding 215% APR.
