🎮 Gameplay Speed Updates
On Thursday, we pushed three updates that speed up gameplay:
Updated the time players have to make a move from 20 sec to 15 sec
Reduced the time between the end of a hand and dealing the next hand
Increased the speed of how fast dealers deal cards

Two exciting SNG development updates:
Mobile SNG alpha test
Shine implementation
Mobile SNG Alpha Test
We’re running our first mobile SNG alpha test early next week.
The team has been having tons of fun internally testing the new game mode and we’re excited to start bringing community members in. Here’s a short mobile SNG gameplay clip.
We’ll be running a couple of alpha tests before inviting more community members for the beta testing phase. If you want to join the beta test, sign up for the ICE Poker Mobile waitlist.
Shine Implementation
The web team made great progress on implementing Shine — we successfully burned ICE to add Shine to an ICE wearable in our test environment.
Shine will be a new variable added to all existing ICE wearables that gives access to SNG tournaments.

📰 Marketing Updates
On Friday, Matthew (CMO) gave updates on our marketing progress.

He provided a timeline for the new game modes:
Mid-August — ICE Poker Flex (Mobile) with Tournament Mode
Mid-Late August — Tournament Mode in ICE Poker Metaverse
Late August/Early September — Delegation v2
Matthew also gave an update on Metaverse advertising. We received the first payment from the Mastercard advertising campaign and we’ll have the second payment next month.
Advertising revenue will be used to burn ICE, directly contributing to the game ecosystem. This revenue will be added to our weekly ICE buys and burns moving forward.
He also provided various updates such as a player leveling system, a completely free-to-play game mode, and bringing in a Director of User Acquisition.
Decentral Games is thrilled to be a part of the Open Metaverse Alliance for Web3 (OMA3).
OMA3 is a collaboration of Web3 metaverse platforms to ensure virtual land, digital assets, ideas, and services are highly interoperable between platforms and transparent to all communities.
It's our exclusive venue only accessible to Diamond Hands wearable owners. To enter and play, you need at least one level 5 ICE wearable.

📆 Events
Christian Lacroix’s 35th Anniversary Party
Christian Lacroix and Exlclusible are hosting a Metaverse party on July 26th to celebrate the brand’s 35th anniversary — featuring an hour live set from famous DJ Pascal Moscheni.
Two of the design house’s most iconic Haute Couture dresses will be on display, including garments worn by celebrities such as Madonna and Lady Gaga.
