💎 ICE Accessories Launch
On Friday, we officially launched ICE Accessories! ICE Accessories are cosmetic items that enhance your avatar’s appearance while playing ICE Poker. The items are priced in ICE and purchasable from the DG marketplace.
With this initial batch of 12 Standard and 12 Gold ICE Accessories, a total of 24M ICE will be removed from circulation.
The Start of Many ICE In-Game Purchases
The ICE Accessories marketplace paves the way for many other cosmetic in-game purchases with ICE that we plan to launch, including custom NFT emotes, custom card backs, custom guild names, and much more.

🛡 ICE Spartan Drop
On Tuesday, the ICE Spartan Drop sold out in 5 minutes, raising $4.7M for the treasury and distributing 1,250 ICE wearables to the community.
Allocation of Funds
Following this passed governance proposal, we’ve:
Added $2M to the ICE-USDC LP, bringing the total ICE-USDC LP held 100% by the DG treasury up to $9m
Added $3.7M to treasury stable reserves
♠️ Chips Bug Fix
On Monday, we patched a bug that was causing inflated end-of-day leaderboard tier scores, resulting in much more attainable levels for the rest of the week. We appreciate the community’s help in identifying and patching this issue!
👾 Assigned Seating Progress
We ran heavy community tests of assigned seating in our Osiris staging environment on Friday, preparing for a Monday/Tuesday release in Osiris production!
🛠 Misc Development Updates
The following development updates were included in last week’s release:
Added Shop to DG Menu
We added “Shop” on the navigation bar for easy access to the ICE Wearables drop page and the new ICE Accessories marketplace.
Player Lookup Tool Improvements
We improved the Player Look Up Tool usability and cleaned up the “Check In” And “Finished Challenges” data in the player look up results.
Player Card Premium Status
We updated the player card on the DG account page to show xDG held and premium status.
💻 Development Focus
This week, the DG team is continuing work on:
Assigned Seating/Cooldown Period
We plan to deploy assigned seating to production Osiris on Monday/Tuesday this week, then to all venues following a bit more community testing in the production environment.
Additional Premium Guild Features
We are continuing work on two additional Premium ICE Poker Guild features:
Assign A Manager
The assign a manager feature allows any Premium guild owner to enter an ETH address and give access to their delegation dashboard.
Guild Leagues + Leaderboard
The guild leaderboard will rank top ICE Poker guilds by Guild Score to further gamify the ICE Poker Guild experience.
ICE Cyberpunk Drop
We will conduct the ICE Cyberpunk drop Thursday, March 24th at 6pm UTC.
This mint will be priced at a special rate of 10k ICE per wearable for 202 top delegated players who checked in 20 out of the last 30 days and were hodling 10k ICE at the time of snapshot. For the public, wearables will be priced at 30k ICE.

We will continue development of Diamond Hands City, our first Diamond Hands exclusive ICE Poker venue.
ICE Poker Mobile
We’re continuing development on a lightweight, mobile-focused ICE Poker experience that will enable greater accessibility and exponential scaling.
DG Website Optimization for Mobile
We are continuing development on bringing all website functionality to your mobile browser.
Decentraland Desktop Client Optimization
We will continue to test all ICE Poker scenes and features to ensure that the new Decentraland Desktop Client Beta will run ICE Poker smoothly.

Pay for Upgrade from Public to Private Polygon RPC (Alchemy)
DG DAO treasury covers the cost of moving to the Alchemy Platform with Gold service level and Alchemy VIP Support out of the DAI Treasury.
Passed Proposals
The following governance proposals passed:
Focus Decentral Games Development and Branding Entirely on Play & Earn, End Crypto Gameplay & Licensing of Crypto Games
Focus development and branding of Decentral Games entirely on Play & Earn (ICE Poker - Metaverse and Mobile) to onboard the next 1M users to Web3/The Open Metaverse, and solidify Decentral Games as a household brand and pioneer in the space.
Officially and permanently shut down the operational support and licensing of blackjack, roulette with crypto-gameplay.
Partnership with Mutant Cartel
(1) Do a single-item 500-count set in partnership with Mutant Cartel, priced at ~25% discount to the OpenSea floor (e.g. 1.5 ETH at time of writing), with whitelist addresses provided by Mutant Cartel.
(2) 100% of ETH proceeds go to the DG DAO and will be converted to USDC and paired with $ICE to add liquidity to the $ICE-USDC pool. (For clarity, secondary sale proceeds go to the DG DAO as well.)
Delegated Player Reputation Multiplier to Incentivize Governance Participation and Reduce Abuse
Establish a new delegated player reputation multiplier that starts at .5x for all new delegated addresses, increases by .05x for each day the delegated player checks in while hodling 100 xDG in their wallet, and ultimately reaches a max of 1x.
