💰 Premium Guild Features & xDG Airdrop
Last Thursday, we airdropped ~5.9M xDG (over $2M) to ICE Poker players and wearable owners to welcome increased participation in Decentral Games governance from some of our most active community members! Read the full announcement here.
Following the airdrop, the number of xDG holders on Polygon increased from 4,838 to 8,826 overnight, and we surpassed 1K members on the DG Snapshot dashboard.
If you haven’t already, make sure to select “join” on the Snapshot dashboard! We are only a few thousand members away from becoming a top DAO featured on the front page.
Premium Features Now Live
Last week, we released the following new features as our initial Premium ICE Poker Guild suite (unlocked by holding at least 1k xDG per ICE wearable):
Delegation Dashboard
The classic delegation dashboard, as was released several months ago, is now a Premium ICE Poker Guild feature. We’ve added new entries on this dashboard for all undelegated wearables to be able to visualize the allocation of your entire inventory.
Now, you are able to upgrade and delegate your wearables directly from this page:
This will be key as we roll out the ‘assign a manager’ feature for Premium Guild owners since the manager will have access to this page.
Name your Guild/Players
Following several community requests, we’ve rolled out the ability to add custom names to both your guild and players for better housekeeping. To do so, simply click the edit icon in either place and type in the custom name to save.
Custom guild names will be essential to differentiate yourself on the future guild leaderboards, and player names are very helpful in more effectively managing your guild.
Player Lookup Tool
Finally, we’ve added the player lookup tool that allows any Premium ICE Poker Guild owner to enter an ETH address and directly see the past performance of any player.
This feature is key for vetting new players under consideration.
Premium Guild Features Coming Soon
Last week’s launch is just the beginning of the Premium ICE Poker Guild feature set. We will be launching the following features very soon:
Assign a Guild Manager
You will be able to assign a manager to have look-only access to your delegation dashboard. Your manager will be able to see the performance of all your delegated players and be able to facilitate delegations and undelegations on your behalf. We expect to roll this feature out live this week.
Note: initially you will only be able to assign an address that does not have any wearables in order to simplify the experience.
Guild Leagues
We will be rolling out the initial guild leaderboard that will display the Guild Scores of each Premium ICE Poker Guild within 1-2 weeks, so premium guild owners will be able to see how they stack up with one another.
However, we will wait on distributing prizes for top guild scorers until after we are 100% confident in the effectiveness of assigned seating cutting down on chips abuse.
ICE Poker x DG Long-Term Alignment
The xDG staking requirement for Premium ICE Poker Guild tools further aligns the growth of ICE Poker with DG, and ultimately welcomes governance participation from some of the most active participants in the community. Although it may seem small initially, it is important that we establish this alignment now as it will become stronger as we scale.

The new ICE Dashboard features a custom experience given your status within your ICE Poker journey:
Premium ICE Poker Guild Owner
Premium ICE Poker Guild owners can easily track their top delegated players and have direct access to their delegation dashboard.
Non-Premium ICE Poker Guild Owner
Non-premium ICE Poker Guild owners see a tout to unlock Premium to gain access to the delegation dashboard, guild leagues, and more.
Delegated Player (no wearables, but has delegation)
Delegated players can easily track their key performance indicators and have a direct link to purchase their own wearable.
New Player (no wearables, no delegations)
New players are directed to the ‘get started’ page where they can learn about the ecosystem before getting a wearable or finding a delegator in the DG Discord.
🎮 Assigned Seating Progress
Last week, we expanded our assigned seating tests and deployed the updates to the Osiris development environment.
Larger Beta Testing
We will be rolling out larger community beta-tests this week with 30-40 concurrent players before then merging to Osiris production. If you are interested in participating, please reach out to the DG Team on Discord!
🔨 Desktop Client Beta
The Decentraland desktop client beta was released last week, available now for Windows users. This is an important first step in delivering a much smoother player experience with quicker rendering and higher frames per second (FPS) for our 10k+ daily active ICE Poker players and counting!

💻 Development Focus
This week, the DG team is continuing work on:
Assigned Seating
We will further develop and start community testing of assigned seating – it remains our top priority development-wise, as it will most effectively address the issues around collusion and check-tables.
Cooldown Period
We are implementing a cooldown period to require players to wait an increasing amount of time if they get up and leave from their assigned table before they may join a new one.
Collusion Prevention
We are also implementing an IP check to ensure that players who share the same IP cannot join the same table.
Additional Premium Guild Features
We are working on the two additional Premium ICE Poker Guild features:
Assign A Manager
The assign a manager feature allows any Premium guild owner to enter an ETH address and give access to their delegation dashboard.
Guild Leagues + Leaderboard
The guild leaderboard will rank top ICE Poker guilds by Guild Score to further gamify the ICE Poker Guild experience.
Non-ICE Cosmetic Accessory Wearables
We’ve started development of several non-ICE, cosmetic accessory wearables that will be mintable with ICE on a new tab within the marketplace portion of the DG website. This will one of the first of many live ICE utility initiatives that will expand ICE utility and improve the ICE b2e ratio.
Diamond Hands Venue
We’ve started development of a new venue, Diamond Hands City, that will house our first Diamond Hands exclusive ICE Poker Tables. Diamond Hands City also features several shops on its premises where folks may view full Diamond Hands wearables on mannequin displays.
ICE Poker Mobile
We’re continuing development on a lightweight, mobile-focused ICE Poker experience that will enable greater accessibility and exponential scaling.
DG Website Optimization for Mobile
We are continuing development on bringing all website functionality to your mobile browser.
Decentraland Native Client Optimization
We will continue to test all ICE Poker scenes and features to ensure that the new Decentraland native client beta will run ICE Poker smoothly.
💰 DG Treasury Snapshot
The DG treasury now holds $58.81M.
ICE Poker NFT Royalties
Last week, the ICE Poker OpenSea collection accumulated 476.4831 ETH in secondary market trading volume, generating 23.3477 ETH ($61,764.16) in royalties for the DG Treasury.
ICE Poker NFT Activation/Upgrade Revenue
Last week, 260,300 DG ($85,546.29) was added to the DG Treasury from ICE Poker NFT activations and upgrades.
DEX Trading Fees
Last week, there was $7,790,360 in trading volume across DG and ICE trading pairs, which generated $23,371.08 in trading fees for the DG Treasury.

Passed Proposals
The following proposals passed:
Set Aside Wearables for the DAO
Mint 3 Level 1 items of each item into the DG DAO (15 items per set).
We will allocate 3 items go to the top 3 players each month; 6 items go to the top guilds: 3 go to the top 3 Chad Guilds, 2 go to the top 2 Ape Guilds, and 1 goes to the top Fren Guild; additionally, no more than 4 per month can be given away for other events and marketing at the team's discretion.
Use of Proceeds from Next ETH Mint
For the next drop priced in ETH:
(1) Add ~$2M to ICE-USDC LP; to do this, convert $1M ETH to 1M USDC and pair with ICE.
(2) Add remainder to stable coin reserves
Note: Whether the next mint is in ETH has not been announced yet, so this would simply apply to the next mint priced in ETH.
Whitelist Logic for the Next ETH Mint
For the next ETH mint, whitelist addresses that qualify for premium guild tools (hold at least 1,000 xDG per wearable). This would be a check at time of mint (no "snapshot"). If the items don't sell out during the whitelist period, the items would open for sale to everyone.
Failed Proposals
This proposal did not pass:
Updated Proposal: Incentivising long-term xDG holding
Use mint proceeds from every other ETH mint to purchase DG and put into governance pool so xDG appreciates vs DG. Assuming 1 ICE mint per month, and 1 ETH mint per month, this would imply mint proceeds from 6 ETH mints per year would be used to purchase DG and put in governance pool, and mint proceeds from the other 6 ETH mints per year would be up to the discretion of the team.
